Some of the main exhibitions and experiential events include exhibitions and demonstrations of traditional brewing techniques, traditional ddeok (rice cakes), traditional drinks of Korea’s Three Kingdoms, Silla Oddeok (five processes of making rice cakes), making Gayangju (home-made liquor), and grilling and eating the plain cylindrical rice cakes called garaeddeok
